Pickup Sports End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are a minor. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
• Use of the App: You may not:
  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Hosting and Participation: If you host or join games via the App, you are solely responsible for:
  • Ensuring the game complies with applicable safety standards.
  • Communicating any terms, conditions, or disclaimers associated with the game.

5. Safety and Risk Disclaimer

Your participation in any games hosted via the App is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Pickup Sports is not responsible for:

• Injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in games.
• The conduct of game hosts or participants.

You agree to assume all risks associated with the games and to release us from any liability arising from your participation.
